STEP 1
DESIGN CONSULTATION
We start with a 45-minute to 1-hour appointment to begin outlining your design. This is where we gain a deep understanding of your color palette, décor preferences, and overall style. Every event is thoughtfully customized to reflect your unique vision and aesthetic.
STEP 2
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
We continue to evolve and refine your concept. Approximately three months before the event, we invite you in to view a full mock-up of your centerpieces—showcasing scale, floral color, and style. This in-person session allows us to make any necessary adjustments to ensure everything is just right.
STEP 3
PREP & CREATION
About 2.5 weeks before your event, we begin ordering flowers from trusted farms around the world—including Colombia, Ecuador, Holland, California, and Taiwan. Once the blooms arrive, they’re carefully conditioned and prepped for design. Our team counts, separates, and begins crafting each floral element, bringing your vision to life with care and precision.
STEP 4
THE BIG DAY
Our dedicated production and delivery team handles all logistics on the day of your event. From setup to the final floral placement, we ensure everything is fresh, flawless, and exactly as imagined—so you can focus on enjoying the moment.
